Checkout button not working

    I have a website with WooCommerce and on the checkout page, when the user clicks on the button to make the purchase, the button does not work and in the browser console there is the following error: “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call a class as a function” coming from file “…/user-registration/assets/js/sweetalert2/sweetalert2.min.js”. When I deactivate your plugin everything works fine, can you help me?

    Hi @randondev,

    We have tried to replicate the issue in our testing environment, but we did not find any issue. Maybe other third-party plugins conflict with user registration and show such an issue.

    Please check this documentation link https://docs.wpeverest.com/user-registration/docs/how-to-check-plugin-theme-conflict/ and follow the instruction kindly. This will let you know the cause of the error.

    Hello, I found out that the conflict is with a payment plugin called Pagar.me. To reproduce the error it is necessary to install:

    – User Registration
    – WooCommerce
    – Pagar.me (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/pagarme-payments-for-woocommerce/)
    – Brazilian Market on WooCommerce (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/woocommerce-extra-checkout-fields-for-brazil/)

    *The latter is necessary because Pagar.me depends on it.

    Just activate Pagar.me payments as a payment method in WooCommerce and select “boleto” or “pix” as payment method at checkout then what I described will happen.

    I have a test site here where I did this, I can provide credentials if you think it’s better.

    We have checked the plugin and found This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest three major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues.

    We suggest you to contact the respective plugin author once for this issue. We will also look into it from our end. If we find any solution, we will get back to you with a solution.

    We will close this thread as resolved. If Pagar.me author provides any updates, please let us know. We will reopen this thread and get back to you accordingly.
