    The customers are able to make it all the way through to the checkout, however, when they enter their credit card details, the fields go blank. There is also no confirmation coming through to them.

    “[Error] Unhandled Promise Rejection: IntegrationError: We could not retrieve data from the specified Element.
    Please make sure the Element you are attempting to use is still mounted.”

    The error:

    “Unhandled Promise Rejection: IntegrationError: We could not retrieve data from the specified Element”

    indicates that Stripe couldn’t access or interact with a required payment field (like the Card Element). This usually happens if the field hasn’t been properly rendered on the page or the JavaScript is trying to use it before it’s ready.

    In this forum, we only provide support for core WooCommerce features. Since this issue appears to be related to the Stripe plugin, I would recommend reaching out to the Stripe plugin support team for further assistance.
