Yes, that’s possible.
By default date format in our datepicker is the same as in your site’s settings (that is as set in your WP Dashboard > Settings > General). So you can set “Date Format” option to “Custom”:
d/m/Y
If you prefer to set the format for each checkout field individually, you can do so by setting the format in module’s settings (in “WooCommerce > Settings > Booster > Cart & Checkout > Checkout Custom Fields”). There is an option called “If datepicker/weekpicker is selected, set date format here” for every field.
