    Hello, Some of our customers complaining they can’t checkout due to a Checkout error. How can I prevent it? I’m using WooCommerce Blocks. Also, the logged-in users can place an order without the Phone/Contact number. I already set up the Phone to required.

    I think when a customer is adding to cart and we suddenly change the product status to out stock the error will show up.

    But the Phone required in our check out page is not working unless you clicked it.

    I think when a customer is adding to cart and we suddenly change the product status to out stock the error will show up.

    Do you have a visual or a screenshot of the specific error your customers are seeing? I’m still not quite following. It sounds like if you’re changing the product to Out of Stock while the customers are checking out, they are greeted with an error preventing them from checking out, but I’d think this would be expected if the item is Out of Stock?
