Hi support,

I’ve read it a few times, but couldn’t find a solution for me yet. The credit card input fields have gone. It already worked recently.
In the meantime the SSL certificate has expired and I renewed it a few days later. Probably it could be related to that. Meanwhile I have updated all plugins, themes and WordPress, cleaned up the status of Woocommerce. The console doesn’t show any errors either. I can’t find a solution.

Th same problem is facing by me.
stripe fields are showing on test mode, but not on live mode

I renewed the SSL 3 days ago, unfortunately it didn’t fix the problem.

Hey there @pixeljule – I took a look at your site, but I don’t see any immediate reasons why the checkout fields for Stripe would be missing.

Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets so that we can take a closer look. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
