Checkout Forms Gone

    After the last WP update, I received this error:
    The configuration with processor is invalid. Call Merchant Service Provider.

    After a week, then this began coming up:
    Fatal error: Call to a member function is_visible() on a non-object

    I did the 4.0 update today, and now no errors show up, and all checkout forms for name, addy, card, etc are gone.
