I think we were chatting in the CartFlows Facebook group on the same thing.

CartFlows shortcodes only work in CartFlows steps. So if you try to use the checkout shortcode outside of CartFlows, this is the message you would get.

    Hi Adam,

We serious don’t know why it is not working.
Where do we have to add the shortcode? At the checkout page or at the checkout page of the cart flow? like this https://snag.gy/vXqLN0.jpg

    With best regards,

    Jerry

That’s right, your image above. You can use your page builder though, to create a beautiful and branded unique layout and drop the shortcode in there. This is how all of our templates are built.

But when I’m doing this it is still not working. Can I send Credentials?

Sorry that you are running into this issue. We would love to take a deeper look and get this working as expected. If you don’t mind can you take a moment to open up a support ticket so our support staff can get this sorted out for you? Here is the link to open a ticket https://cartflows.com/support/submit-a-ticket/
