• Our system auto updated to versions 8.3.6 and 8.3.7 in the last few days, but we’ve realised that when a customer checks out they get a message saying there is insufficient stock of the compnents to fulfil the order. However, the items are in stock, and it happens with all bundle products. We’ve rolled back to v 8.3.5 and all works again. We’ve also recently updated to PHP v 8.3.25.

Do you know what the problem might be?

    Hi @fccoc ,

Our developers have checked it carefully on our test site with pure installation of WooCommerce, WPCstore and WPC plugins. This could be triggered by something external of our plugin.

Please help me check some things after updating our plugin:

    • Please make sure to clear caches and cookies from your site and browser before checking
    • Update database on your site
    • Clear caches from any inventory/warehouse management plugin you are using

I will check further on your site after receiving some feedback about these.

    Best regards.

I’ve tried various things, but it’s always ok on 8.3.5 but not on 8.3.6 or 8.3.7. The exact message is: Not enough units of xxxx are available in stock to fulfil this order.

We have the same issue. Our site is http://www.dezilverwinkel.nl.

Also started after the update to 8.3.7.

Is there a safe way to undo the update and continue with 8.3.6? With 8.3.7 it could be a bigger update since it says you optimized the code, while with 8.3.6 it was only a css/js update which worked for us.

Reading the comment of the original poster, I could be wrong about 8.3.6 working. I updated recently and could have skipped 8.3.6. Is is also safe to go to 8.3.5? And how do I downgrade? Where can I download that version.
