Hi Connor,
This issue is usually related to caching or JavaScript conflicts on the checkout page.
Kindly try the following first:
- Clear all cache (plugin/server/CDN/browser)
- Temporarily deactivate your caching/optimization plugins and test again
- Also try testing with all non-essential plugins disabled once
In many cases, aggressive cache or JS optimization prevents the login popup/action from working properly.
Please let us know the result after testing.

Hi Dip,
I’ve tried clearing our Beaver Builder Cache but with no luck. Could I provide the Status Report and maybe you could advise if you think a particular plugin could be a culprit?
Cheers, Connor
Hi Connor,
Thank you for the update.
Just to confirm, did you try deactivating all non-essential plugins and testing again?
While Beaver Builder cache could be a factor, plugin conflicts are a much more common cause of this type of issue. If you have not already done so, kindly deactivate all plugins except Tutor LMS, Tutor LMS Pro, and the required eCommerce plugin, then test the login link again.
Please let us know the result after testing.

Hi Dip,
I’ll have a go at deactivating plugins to see if one is the culprit.
Cheers, Connor
Hi Connor,
Just following up on this issue.
Were you able to test after deactivating all non-essential plugins as suggested?
Could you please let us know the result? This will help us determine whether the issue is being caused by a plugin conflict or if we need to investigate further.
Looking forward to your update.

Hi Dip Saha,
Seems to be the regular Yoast SEO plugin, as after deactivating this plugin the Login appears on button click. Not sure what within the plugin may be causing this.
Cheers, Connor
Hi Connor,
Thank you for testing and sharing the result.
Since the issue disappears when Yoast SEO is deactivated, it does indicate a plugin conflict rather than an issue with Tutor LMS itself.
As a next step, could you please make sure both Tutor LMS and Yoast SEO are updated to their latest available versions?
You can also try temporarily disabling any advanced features/modules within Yoast SEO (such as schema, integrations, redirects, JavaScript-related optimizations, or other add-ons if installed) and test again to identify which specific component is causing the conflict.
Additionally, if you are using any caching or optimization layer alongside Yoast, please clear all caches after each change before retesting.

Hi Dip Saha,
Seems to be related to the following settings as seen here: https://prnt.sc/FBhSKAObRaJx, turning off both allow for the popup to show.
Thank you for the advice, do I raise it with Yoast seperately?
Cheers, Connor
