Checkout not working

    The place order button on the checkout page is not working, due to which course (free or paid) cannot be purchased.

    I have tried changing the theme as well as deactivating the other plugins. Still, there is an issue. Please find the attached error from console.

    Just click on continue and on checkout page you can see ‘Order now’ button not working. Could you please check? Appreciate all the help, thanks!

    Hi mdalal,

    We think library jquery on your site has problem. Because function serializeJSON is on that. We deploy beta version, don’t use function serializeJSON, so you can download to test, then feedback to us.

    Hi,

    Seems like there is an issue with this beta version. See the below image.

    Elementor editor is not loading on all the Learnpress pages. It was working fine in the previous learnpress version. It works fine on all non-learnpress pages. Could you please check?

    Hi mdalal,

    We checked it, it is error of Elementor, we try deactivate LearnPress, then check page as Blog, it still error that. You can try.

    Issue is definitely with Learnpress plugin as Elementor plugin works fine on all non-learnpress pages. I also contacted Elementor support and from their end everything is fine.

    Also, there was no issue in Learnpress 4.2.5.9 version, Elementor editor was working fine as expected, so there is no issue from Elementor side.

    Issue is happening with the Learnpress beta version 4.2.6. Could you check what’s the issue? Thanks again!

    Thank for your feedback, we test many version old of LearnPress, we sure that error not from LearnPress. You can see the link, where install LearnPress old version 4.2.5.9, but still error with page not of LP.

    We’ll check more to find reason.
