Checkout Page Broken when processing rules

Our checkout process is broken when using your plugin. We receive either a “sorry, this product cannot be purchased” message or a broken shopping cart page when the plugin is enabled. The rules were working properly for a long time, then suddenly we realized this error as keeping customers from checking out.
We’ve tried disabling all rules and leaving the plugin enabled. This eliminates the problem but leaves our gifts not working. We then disabled all rules and created a new one. This also breaks the cart.
We tried support through your website but the response was very curt and ghosted me after sending me the following messages: “Delete all of rules and check it” and “Disable Them”. I tried repeatedly to get a response after that but was ignored.
