Checkout page checkbox missing

    Dear support

    I have issue with plugin, that newsletter checkbox is missing in checkout page.
    I have enabled it in MC4W settings.

    Are you using a custom checkout page?
    Did you already try to switch the position of the checkbox to another position, did that show the box?
