Have you tried deactivating your plugins one by one to see if one of them is causing this?
I think you have a Montonio For WooCommerce plugin which might cause this.

But i have to use this plugin, so customers can pay with bank links. Is there any other way to fix this?

Unfortunately we can’t add code specific to maintain compatibility with every plugin that exists, as that would create a bloated theme. In such cases with 3rd party compatibilities we advise users to check if the same thing happens with other popular themes, and if the problem persists to reach out to the developers of the plugin.
And even if it happens with Neve only, as this functionality is from the plugin we recommend reporting to the developers of it to see if they can address the problem from their end. If there is nothing they can do they can share what they think is a problem that stops their functionality specifically in our theme.

Of course I understand! Everything worked out, sort of. Plugin that cause this was Estonian Shipping Methods for WooCommerce. Some CSS solved it for now, but I will contact this plugin developers too.
