Checkout payment button not responsive

    Hi, I would like to feedback on the mechanism of the submit payment button on the checkout form. It takes a while for it to go the confirmation page but before that people are not sure if anything is submitted so some of them spam that button and causes a lot of purchase notification to my email. Would be good to have that button perform something upon click, at least like changing color or spin wheel (or option to do so in the setting). Thanks.

    Hi @tuanvictor,

    Thanks for using the Funnelkit Builder and for reaching out to us.

    It seems the checkout page has been modified or any custom CSS is excluding the default overlay from the Checkout form shows on submission.

    Please watch here that on submission, a default overlay with snipper shows on the checkout page and button is not multiple times clickable. https://www.loom.com/share/1b3b7bfa146043c18dfefdde0316a8bd

    Are you aware of any custom CSS applied to this checkout page or globally removed it using any setting? If you are unable to figure it out, raise a support request here to review it with our technical team.
