    Hi everyone,
    I need help. I have been searching for days for this solution. I have this error that says “Internal Server Error” when I click “Place Order” button on the checkout page. When I click the button again, it says “Sorry, your session has expired. Return to shop”. These exact errors happen both in my live and local sites. So far, I’ve tried deactivate other plugins, changed a theme, activate wp_debug with no success. I am sure what to do now. Please help.

    Hi @jembatan

    I visited the site and tested the checkout, but could not reproduce the error that you have reported. I was able to checkout without issue

    Is this still happening? If so, can you provide exact steps and a screenshot of where this error happens?

    Hi Amanda,
    thank you so much for your quick reply. Yes, with that theme, but when I try it with Twenty Twenty theme, it doesn’t work. I tried it with Twenty Seventeen, but it worked well. Strangely, when I activated the Twenty Twenty again, it works for some. I tested with a few devices, mostly work, but problems still occur sometimes. I couldn’t screenshot, but the message was “Sorry, your session has expired. Return to shop”. Can you help me try this and see if this works this time? This is the link: jembatanbahasa.com/shop/

    Hi @jembatan

    I’m sorry, but I am still not able to reproduce the issue that you are reporting. As you can see, I am able to proceed to payment from the checkout without an issue

    I’d recommend reaching out to your hosting to see if they have any logs for your site that could provide further information on why this is happening for you intermittently.
