Checkout – ReCaptcha – endless loop

    Hello,

    Customers are stuck in an endless loop of clicking the recaptcha and the submit button with no closure. The orders aren’t logged, no payment is received.

    I’ve flushed the browser, Cloudlflare, and site caches
    I deleted the old recaptcha plugin
    I installed a pro version of Best Soft Web Recaptcha
    I activated Invisible Recaptcha
    At checkout a V2 recaptcha shows up. (visit the link and try to make an order).

    I’m not sure how to detective the issue. Even DeepSeek was perplexed.
    I use Versapay as the checkout merchant

    Can someone with more wisdom than me, give a lending hand?
    I’ll bake some warm ooey gooey chocolate chip cookies for you.

    I understand how frustrating this must be, especially with customers unable to complete their orders. Based on your description, it seems that the issue isn’t related to WooCommerce itself but could be linked to the reCAPTCHA setup or the payment plugin you’re using (Versapay).
