Checkout shipping bug

    I am having this issue –

    when adding an item to the cart and going to the cart, I file up the shipping form (to calculate the shipping cost).

    If I specify ONLY the country I am able to choose the shipping method, but on the checkout page the shipping method selection not appear and the shipping cost is not been calculating.

    If I specify all form fields (at the cart page) – country, city, and postcode – The shipping functionality work as expected on the checkout page.

    Hi there,

    If you fill out all the field on the checkout page will the shipping rates calculate even if they weren’t filled in at the cart? Can you please test by activating a default theme like Twenty Seventeen and see if the problem persists?
