    Hi Stripe Support,

    We’re experiencing an issue with the Stripe Checkout on our website. When the plugin is active (we’re using the latest version), the Checkout page gets stuck loading the payment summary and methods—it just keeps spinning indefinitely and never completes the load.

    We’ve verified that everything is up to date, including the plugin and our integration, but the issue persists. As soon as we deactivate the plugin, the checkout page stops loading altogether (as expected), so it seems directly related to the plugin functionality.

    Could you please help us identify what might be causing this, or guide us on how to debug further?

    Thanks for getting in touch and for running some tests on your side — I really appreciate the effort. I’ve had a look at your site and noticed Stripe is currently disabled, which is understandable. I know how frustrating issues like this can be.

    To help us troubleshoot further, I recommend setting up a staging version of your live site. You can use a plugin like WP Migrate Guru to do this. Once that’s done, please enable and connect Stripe on the staging site, then share the link with us so we can observe the issue directly.

    Also, when replying, kindly include your site’s System Status Report. You can get this from WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support, then share the copied text via Pastebin or gist.github.com.

    Hi there!

    Thank you for activating the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin.

    I’ve checked your checkout page and noticed that the Order Summary and Payment sections keep loading continuously. I tried inspecting the browser console but didn’t find any relevant errors.

    To replicate the issue, I activated the plugin on my own test site, but I wasn’t able to reproduce the same behavior.

    For troubleshooting purposes, could you please try the following:

    1. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and Stripe.
    2. Switch to a default theme like Storefront.

    Let us know if the issue persists after that.

    Also, could you please share any fatal error logs (if available) from WooCommerce > Status > Logs? Once we have more details, we’ll be in a better position to help you further.

    Hi,
    We tried disabling all plugins and switching to the default Twenty Twenty Five theme, but we weren’t able to resolve the issue.

    There are no fatal errors in the logs at this time.

    Could you double-check? It’s possible that one of the disabled plugins during the conflict test was the cause. Could you enable them one by one to find the culprit?
