Installed Tailscale too
I copy and paste that URL
What’s the WordPress URL you’re using?
The URL is https://rday.me/blog and only I can get to it because it’s on Tailscale. So only I can get on it from other things I got install Tailscale.
It’s works with Chome but not in WordPress app.

If you are referring to the WordPress mobile app, there is a dedicated support forum where the developers occasionally participate: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/forum/mobile/
However, your concern probably primarily relates to the connection between the app and your individually installed WordPress, which is why the above URL would be useful to check whether the XMLRPC interface required by the app is active there. If not, the app will not be able to connect.

If the site is _not_ publicly accessibly (I can’t get it open from my end, for instance), then the WordPress Mobile app wouldn’t be able to connect to it either.
As @threadi alluded to, this has to do with your local “hosting” setup, and nothing to do with WordPress or the WordPress mobile app. If this is a set that you want the general public to be able to visit, then fix the public access first… regardless of your use of the WordPress Mobile app.

I know it can’t be reached by any others because have to have a log in to Tailscale account and have it on any device and then can go to that IP. It works on my other it works on my iPhone so it must be something with this phone or the Android WordPress app. Because Chrome on the cheep cellphone can get to my WordPress URL.
Have you checked with Tailscale support? The issue seems to be in how they connect (or fail to connect). https://tailscale.com/contact/support
Installed a screen recorder on this cellphone and copied the video to my Google drive and got the link to it here. You can see how the app just don’t connect and I pressed it like 3 times then copied and paste that same URL in Chome and it works. So can see what I am talking about so any way to fix this?
Is the URL you provided in the video the homepage of your WordPress site or is it just a page? If it’s the latter, I would recommend specifying the start page.
If that’s not it either, only Tailscale support will be able to help you. The WordPress mobile app won’t know their technology. It expects a working TCP connection to access the XMLRPC interface. Tailscale prevents this for some unknown reason. No one here in the forum will be able to help you with this.
