Chicago footnote

I’m trying to set up pages with footnote citations and bibliography in Chicago style.

Bibliography is no problem. But I can’t see how to generate the appropriate shortcode to put into a footnote to get the standard name, title (publication information), page type result.

So far as I can see, ‘in-text’ seems synonymous with ‘parenthetical citation’, is that right?

I’ve tried Chicago-fullnote-bibliography and Chicago-fullnote-bibliography-with-ibid, either of which suggests I should be able to generate full notes as opposed to parenthetical citations.
