Child post

Hi everyone, this is the first time I write on the forum.

I immediately describe my need.

For my website, I have the classic homepage that displays all posts in descending chronological order.

I would like to create posts that are linked to a parent post. Let me explain better with an example.

For example, consider my site, talk about books. For each author I would like to create a post describing life, information, death and many other information about the author. This will be the parent post. At the end of the parent post, there will be a list or grid with the images of the written books. These images must be linked to posts, which describe the book in detail. All these posts are children. Post-children should not be displayed on the homepage, but only linked to the post-father.

I did not find any plugins that fully convince me or other types of solutions. You can help me?
