Child Theme Broken ??

This is the

that I followed to create my Style.CSS for my child theme:

This is what my Style.CSS looks like:

When I try to Activate the Child Theme I get the error:

Broken Themes

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
Name Description
Twenty Eleven Child Stylesheet is missing.
