Child theme zip?

In the documentation, under How to Make Custom Changes to your Theme:

Go to Appearance >> Themes >> Add New >> Upload >> Choose File
Locate the original downloaded (and unzipped) circumference-package file
Inside, select the file “circumference-child.zip” and click Install Now

I only have a file named circumference-lite.3.0.2.zip. It is not a package file and it has to be unzipped to access the files inside, which don’t include a circumference-child.zip file. Where can this be located?
