What do you mean by that? Please explain the steps you took.

Thanks for your help.
I login to our website’s admin page running WordPress 5.1.8 with root id (the only id we have) and choose User”, “Edit” to modify the account. Under “Your Profile”, “Account Management”, I click “Generate Password” to generate a new pw. After that, I click “Update Profile” at the bottom and it returned to the part “Parent Data” and showed “Children value is required” but nothing is in the list next to it. So I can’t update the new password.
Please help.
It seems like you’re using a plugin to add custom user profile data. Do you know what plugin that is?

Hi Steven,
Thanks for your help.
I think the plugin for control the user profile is “Members” and its version is 3.1.3 (sorry that the plugin maybe installed by our ex-staffs).
Should I need to contact them instead?
Thanks.
Yes, they’re in the best position to help you.

Hi Steven,
The plugins side “Members” said this is not their problem.
Can you help to look into it again?
The screen shot is as below:

Thanks.
It’s an issue with some plugin. When you disable plugins, which makes that part of the user page go away?
