China usage

Hello
In China, we are blocked to access most of Google resource.
Although, we can access some of them, for example, we can access google map resource by these two URLs:
https://www.google.cn/jsapi
https://maps.google.cn/maps/api/jsAnd here is google office explanation:
https://developers.google.com/maps/faq#china_ws_access
With this way, some plugins provide an option for China area, like https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/google-maps-easy/When I test Google Pagespeed Insights, there are errors message show at google, please check the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/i30hcm
I just guess it is because we are blocked to access google API, and I am not sure whether it is possible to make it works in China by the similar way of google-maps-easy. If yes, I am sure there will huge demand for this plugins since 80% websites are wordpress in China, but there is no way to analyze or checking the page speed tool here.

I tried the following URL
but I can not access it, and show message as screenshot: http://prntscr.com/i3pkqv
And if I use VPN to access it, it show some other messages: http://prntscr.com/i3pm6r
would you please try that url and verify whether that url work properly for you.
