Chinese Language problem

I’ve installed WordPress through Fantasitico De Lux, it installed automatically and everything seemed fine. I wanted to post Chinese blog entries, but whenever I entered anything they become ???????? I’ve diagnosed the problem a bit myself, first of all I installed the Chinese Language Pack from WordPress China, which turned my Admin CP into Chinese, but still no Chinese entry in the blog part. The funny thing is, if I type Chinese in the “Comments” part on the main page, it registers those Chinese characters.

Another thing I’ve done is changing the encoding on the reading settings to a Chinese one, but that only worked on registering the “heading” part into taking Chinese (Webpage heading) the blogging part still only showed ?????
