    I’m reaching out regarding an issue with how Chit Chats imports tracking numbers into WooCommerce when using your plugin.

    Currently, when I complete a payment on Chit Chats, their system automatically updates the WooCommerce order with the tracking number and marks it as shipped. However, the tracking data isn’t hitting the AST fields correctly, so the customer never receives the shipping email with their tracking info.

    For context, this workflow works perfectly with Stallion Express they successfully pass the tracking data to AST and mark the order as shipped.

    According to Chit Chats support, their integration might not be fully compatible with AST’s custom tracking fields at the moment. Would it be possible to look into this integration or map the Chit Chats shipment data so it automatically populates the AST tracking fields upon fulfillment?
