choose font does not exist

Hello, I just updated my theme (Simplemag 5.0) and I messed with the options so I had to check them again. But I cannot anymore have access to font field – see https://framapic.org/XFShSFFhPNL8/ldtdAWpVtjvj.png

I desactivate all other extensions, Redux, activate default theme, reactivate Redux then my theme and same problem.

I installed the theme and Redux on a test site on same hosting… and it worked correctly. The only difference between the two is the location : on my main site, WP is installed in a subdirectory of the domain https://www.li-an.fr/blog/ (and https is not activated on test site).

Hmm. That is very odd. It sounds like your site URL is off in your WP Options. Might want to also contact the theme author since they may be doing something different to Redux.

Have you tried switching to a generic theme, and then installing the Redux plugin and activate Demo Mode?

Hello, I just tested the Demo Mode in Twenty Nineteen… and same problem for Typography options 🙁

Do you have write permissions properly set for uploads folder? That’s also typically a problem.

So I really don’t think this is Redux based. It’s something to do with the config of your site. Honestly, I bet it’s an issue with site URL or path settings. Check any PHP error logs or JS errors.

I decided to move the site to domain root. Same problem. Here are the logs

Mystery is solved. The theme was not properly installed (classic error in subdirectory after dezipping) but, for some reasons, it was recognized by WP and I managed to create a working child-theme via a plugin (I should have been warned as some of these plugins were giving errors).
By pure chance, I discovered the error and, after desactivating my security extension (Ninja Firewall), everything works fine.
