You can select a single targeting region in the Free plugin, which will be applied for all visitors worldwide.
As opposed to the Premium plugin, where you can select multiple targeting regions; and Complianz will display the applicable banner type based on the region of that visitor.

That is not the case, as the Free plugin allows you to select a specific type of banner, and that banner will then be displayed to all of your visitors.
So, if you select one of the more ‘strict’ regulations, i.e. GDPR/UK-GDPR; this banner will be applied for all visitors that reach your website.

Yes I understand that, but then most users will be getting an irrelevant banner. So not much use.
