Chrome default image issue

    WordPress 6.6.2
    WooCommerce 9.3.3
    YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards 4.17.0

    With Chrome browser the featured image is not loaded and if an user dont select any image the system send the default image. Normally the system should load the featured image as default gift image.

    Hi there.

    I can see what you comment on that page, but in my installation the feature image load correctly in the first load:

    I recommend you perform the following tests to see if the problem disappears at some point:

    • update the plugin, WC and WP to the latest version.
    • change to a default WP theme like 2025.
    • leave only WC and our plugin active, and activate your plugins in batches until you find the one that is in conflict.

    @juaancmendez Thanks for the feedback.
    I don’t know why but in console log I saw this error:
    GET https://www.essenzi-ali.it/product/buono-regalo/undefined 404 (Not Found)
    I have same configuration in staging but not happes there…
    Have you seen this before? Thanks

    Hi there,

    If this does not happen in your staging, I recommend trying to update your gift card product, or create a new one, or re-upload the default gift card image to your media.
