Hello,
Thank you for reporting this. We tested on our side but were not able to reproduce the issue — wpDataTables should look and behave the same across all major browsers, including Chrome and Firefox.
Since it appears to be an isolated issue specific to your page, the best next step would be to open a ticket through our main support platform:
https://help.wpdatatables.com/en/articles/39-how-to-contact-support-with-your-premium-license
In a private ticket, our support agents will be able to:
- Review your setup in more detail,
- Access your page if needed,
- Test across different devices and browsers to help isolate the cause.
This way, we can work with you directly to resolve it.
Kind regards,
Milos
Thanks for the reply
I had upload the screenshot as it appears in chrome, but I can’t open ticket because I have the free version
Hello,
You can still open a support ticket directly from our site: https://wpdatatables.com/
Just click the chat widget in the bottom-right corner, and it will guide you through starting a ticket. For example, you can select the Pre-purchase category, and it should let you open your request from there.
Let me know if you run into any difficulties contacting our main support team.
Kind regards,
Milos
