Chrome Plugin Broken

    Hi, the Tidio Live Chat Google Chrome plugin is no longer working. Even though I’m signed in and online through the plugin it shows up as offline when a customer tries to live chat. The chat is installed on my wordpress site and I have a pro Tidio chat account. I can still enable live chat by keeping https://www.tidiochat.com/panel open but it is much less convenient than the chrome plugin. What if anything can I do to fix this?

    Did you updated extension to version 1.22?

    Yes I am running version 1.22 of the chrome extension and have the most recent update of the wordpress plugin installed.

    I don’t know why this is marked as resolved. I’m running the most up to date version of the chrome plugin and the wordpress plugin and it does not work at all. I paid for a pro account because of the chrome plugin, not having it work is a deal breaker.

    Hi,

    We updated yesterday chrome extension to version 2.1 and new version should resolve all your problems.

    To download new version please log in to your Tidio Chat Panel, go to “Offline Messages” section and click “Download Extension”
