Chrome pulling old img version, image rollover

Hello! Trying to get back into my WordPress sites so forgive me its been a while.

I try not t tweek too much but has a vision for my sites portal page with image rollovers that link to each respective site (maybe too 2002?)

But having trouble, seems IE is playing nice (somewhat although the middle image grows a little on hover and originals are identical size)

But Chrome keeps showing me the versions of two images I uploaded yesterday, the images with the full blank backgrounds.

Might be easier to just see what I am talking about.

Any ideas to get everything to behave the same on browsers, or a different way to make this happen, or something funky in my code I missed?
