Chrome/IE margin issue

    I’m attepting my 1st theme but having margin issues.

    the box in the upper right should be flush with the top. It is fine in firefox.

    I was hoping maybe someone could spot the problem. I’m a little scared of using absolute positioning though I’m sure it’s an easy fix.
