My Web Stories editor was crashed please help me

Hello @nasa0007 , thank you for reaching out with your report. Happy to help but please answer a few questions:
- When you get the “The editor has crashed” error, can you right-click on the “Report Error” button and copy the link address and share it here? It should contain the error message that might help us find the culprit.
- In addition to that, please share your Site Health info with us. Copy the data from Tools -> Site Health -> Info -> “Copy site info to clipboard” and share it in this private form.
- Lastly, could you please share a screen recording of your experience using a service such as Loom or Recordit then share the URL here?
I have also filled the forum but my problem is not resolved yet, please help me.

If you could also answer the other two above questions, that would be really helpful.
Chunk load errors could be caused by various different things, so I’d recommend trying workarounds like:
- Using incognito mode or a different browser
- Temporarily disabling other plugins
I tried both of these things but chunkloaderror still doesn’t fix.
Please Help me.

Would be great to get some more information from you such as what you did when this error appeared? Did you create a new story, or perhaps use a template? It would be helpful if you could share a screen recording of your experience using a service such as Loom or Recordit then copy/paste the URL here?

Could you also test if the editor crashes with all other plugins disabled? Using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, you can safely troubleshoot your site by simulating your site with individual/all plugins disabled, to narrow down the conflict.
