circle image different from post image

Hi,

I have some posts that only contain an image. I have some posts, where the circle does not have an image or it has a different image from what is in the post.

This first 2 circles here is an example where the post image is not also showing in the circle http://larissarolley.com/

The 3rd circle shows a different image than the post image.

How to I correct this? thanks,
