I have just installed the plugin and obtained API credentials from DHL – all appears to be working and the API check states OK

On the checkout page I am seeing the following message three times

DHL Express Live Rates: City name must not be empty. Entered:

This notice is visible only for Administrators.

The city field is indeed populated and no rates are shown for any country or address

I did have live rates working with another plugin fine so I don’t think it’s a DHL issue

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi @wiltscomputers, thanks for reaching out.

Please mind that a full address is required for the DHL Express API to calculate the rates. The rule of thumb is to fill in the address as it is displayed in Google Maps.

If the address is provided, then please use the WooCommerce Shipping Debug Mode to verify which shipping zone is triggered.

The issue might be related to a theme you are currently using in your store. To check if there is no conflict, please temporarily install and enable Storefront the official WooCommerce theme, and see if the problem persists.

Alternatively, the issue may be related to some other plugin used in the shop.

Please disable plugins that are not ours or the WooCommerce itself. Then please enable plugins one by one, delete cache, and check if the issue still occurs.

After checking the above, please let me know about the outcome.
