I understand that any country chosen during checkout gives that error message.
I gave it a try and found that the error message appeared outright.
May I know which payment gateway are you using?
Before reaching out to CJdropshipping support, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status so we can try to figure out what’s going on. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
I have not configured any payment yet with WooCommerce. In this case, I thought that payment option will be taken care by CJDropshipping. If not by CJDropshipping, then I fail to understand how the user experience will be seamless given invoice amount comes from CJDropshipping and then the buyer will place order noting down the amount showing in View Cart page and then paying after entering the amount manually. I understand it might not be appropriate for me to ask this question WooCommerce Support if indeed the payment not provided with CJDropshipping after showing the invoice amount.
Now I have connected Stripe and indeed the payment option showing https://giftoggle.com/cart/.
However, I am unable to figure out how to redirect View Cart button that shows after pressing Add to Cart button redirected to https://giftoggle.com/cart/.

I checked your site and tested to add a product to the cart and when I clicked the View Cart, I was redirected to your homepage.
I have found a similar thread here. Can you please try the solutions provided on that thread and see if that works?

Thanks. It is now clear that cart and checkout pages can be configured from Advanced Settings in WooCommerce.
