Ckeditor 3.6.2.4 WordPress 3.3.1 doesn't load

Hello there.
I am using Ckeditor 3.6.2.4 on a WordPress 3.3.1 installation.
When i log on using an admin account everything works like a charm.

When i log on using an editor account (anything else than admin) CKeditor doesn’t load.
The text of the post doesn’t load either.
Just a white space.

Is there something i can do?
