The WP core developers generally backport security updates to older versions. For 6.2, the last update was 6.2.6 on June 24: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/download/releases/#branch-62.

Just to add to that, when it comes to bugs, or problems with an older version of WordPress, the general first step is to ask you to upgrade to the latest version of WordPress.

While WordPress 6.2 (for example) may continue to receive backported security fixes, it will not be receiving any further bug or compatibility fixes.

As of yesterday, the only branch of WordPress receiving further bug or compatibility fixes is 6.6, and in a few months, the only branch of WordPress receiving further bug or compatibility fixes will be 6.7, etc.
