clash with backup buddy

    HI there,

    We have been having issue with some sites we try to backup using backup buddy by ithemes. It seems to get disabled….

    My tech guy has traced it to when your plugin post smtp is on it shuts off and changes permissions,

    Please see this video of it happening

    I have sent this to ithemes too so hopefully it can be fixed 🙂

    @blueskycreative Hi,

    We have tested Backup Buddy with Post SMTP and the plugin is working fine, after deactivating the plugin we have found the issue is with Backup Buddy so you have to talk to backup buddy support.
