Clash with WPAlchemy?

    When activated we can no longer to login to WP_Admi, and instead get: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class WPAlchemy_MetaBox in/…../framework/metaboxes/wpalchemy/MetaBox.php on line 56″
    Line 56 contains one character which is “{“
    Once plugin deleted via FTP we could login again.
    Very puzzled
    Also disappointed as we were looking at how to play prezi style presentations on the page.
