Starting with version 3.1.28, when a submenu is expanded within the responsive menu by clicking the trigger/arrow next to its parent, the .is-active class is removed from #responsive-menu-button, causing the icon to switch back to the wrong open/close state for the responsive menu. Rolling back to 3.1.27 fixes the issue.

    Hi,

We have done a check on responsive menu version 3.1.28

The .is-active class is not remove from #responsive-menu-button when clicking on trigger icon to expand sub-menu.

The following is a screen-cast of my test.

Please clear any plugin or server cache’s cache content as well as browser history after updating plugin.

If it is not a cache issue. Please proceed to check for plugin or theme conflict. To do this, disable all of the plugins all at once and enable one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.

    Regards,
    Kriti
