    Hello,

Just found an automatic warning mail by WP with the following explanation. Never happened before, and there has been no modification in WC product contents or similar. Apparently everything looks ok, but you know, the devil is hidden in the detail and who know what could happen tomorrow…

    Any help is greatly appreciated

    Hi @maxbelloni ,

I’m sorry we missed your last post. Have you been able to resolve this issue?

If not, this kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.

To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

If that doesn’t help, I recommend backing up your site and updating your software to see if that fixes the issue, as explained in this guide.

Hope you managed to fix the issue you were having! We haven’t heard back from you for a while and there’s no further activity, so I’m going to mark this post as resolved. If you have any further questions or need additional help with the WooCommerce plugin, please start a new thread and we’ll be able to help you out there. Thanks!
