Classes Punch card plugin?

Can anyone please help me with ideas? I work for my aunt who has a sewing school. She is looking for a simple way to sell classes with a sort of punch card system, where students would buy a certain amount of classes up front and then schedule them one at a time. Does anyone know of a way to do this with any plugins currently available? I haven’t been able to find anything like that in my search. Thanks so much!
