In Chrome, click the ••• icon in the top right corner of the browser Chrome, hover over “More Tools,” and click “Developer Tools.”
In Firefox, hover over the menu icon in the top right corner, click “Web Developer,” and then “Web Console.”

I don’t know exactly what you mean but Chrome Developer Console isn’t showing any errors so I made a video of it.

Do you have any other plugins installed on your site that add to or change the editor in some way?
Yes I have TinyMCE Advanced and Elementor installed but I think Elementor have no impact.
I tried turn them off but there was no change. I ve’got the same Plugins on the other WordPress website and its bug free but its still on WordPress 5.2. This kind of bug is showing on my 5.3 WordPress website.
What happens if you copy the text, delete it, and then paste it into your text tab? Wondering if you have a spare HTML tag somewhere that isn’t getting closed or is causing problems.

On every mouse click on this text box or typing something, for every attempt to interfere into text box, its moving/changing height. You can see it now on my video.
I’m not sure what else to suggest, other than maybe trying a different theme.
Is this impacting your ability to write posts and pages? If it’s a serious problem, it might be worth using the block editor and the Classic Block.
Maybe someone else with more dev knowledge could hop in and try to figure out why this is happening?
Okey actually I checked and it looks like the theme is a problem. I use OnePress.
So I think the problem is solved. I just have to use different theme.
