class="simplemodal-login" not working?

I installed and activated the SimpleModal Login plugin, but the modal login box doesn’t appear. I’m sure I’m missing something simple. Here’s what I did:

I added <a href="/wp-login.php" class="simplemodal-login">Log In</a> on line 170 at

http://daytradinglogic.com/sine-wave-oscillator-paintbar-indicator-for-tradestation-multicharts-openecry/

It looks like the .css file and .js files are being called on lines 42, 450 and 458.
