Hello @rmwatts,
I analyzed your website requests and found out that some request parameters are transferring incorrectly. Please do the following:
- Set the ‘Set cookies’ option to ‘Store data in the website database (alternative mechanism)’ here:
WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings
- Clear your website cache and make sure that the website cache lifetime is set as 24 hours or less.
Speaking of excluding the forms from spam protection:
- You can exclude the logged users from the anti-spam protection. To do this, uncheck the Protect logged in users option in the plugin settings.
- Or you can folllow this guide to exclude any forms from the anti-spam protection:
https://cleantalk.org/help/wordpress-plugin-settings#roles_exclude
Thank you.
We haven’t received your reply in a few days, so I’m going to mark this topic as “resolved”.
If you have any further questions, you can start a new topic anytime.
Thank you, thus far this seems to have worked, user reports successful form access and functionality. You can mark as resolved.
Thank you too for your confirmation.
If you don’t mind, please leave your review of your experience using the CleanTalk plugin:

All the best.
I’m facing a similar issue at https://puredesire.org/form-testing/. I’m testing a form and it should submit to Wufoo. When I disable the CleanTalk plugin, it works fine. When it’s enabled, the form throws an error.
@justinwpd we need more details about the issue. Please create a new thread or contact us through our private Ticket System:
