Clean Talk Causing cache issues

The site is hosted by Dreamhost, specifically their DreamPress solution. We were having horrible page load times and the techs at Dreamhost indicated that it was caused by several cookies that cleantalk used. The cookies were blocking their cache from kicking in, when the cleantalk plugin was disabled the site loaded fast. We don’t want to stop using cleantalk but we also can’t afford to have the site load like it was on dialup.
