After reviewing you system, I decided it was way more than what we needed. After deletion, the plugin left behind your std roles acct mgr hr mgr employee and so on which show up in the role mgr of a membership plugin I use.

all erp tables are physically gone from the db so this is kind of strange. I will have to phpmyadmin to fix.

Please take a look at your plugin and fix the removal problem.

    Thank you.

  • Hello @flyfisher842

People sometimes uninstalls WPERP and reactivate again and then regrets the data. So, the data is being kept on the database.

Don’t worry, we have a solution for this. We have created an ERP database cleaner those who want to delete it completely. Here it is-> https://github.com/wp-erp/erp-cleaner/

    Thanks

I have used the cleaner and it appears by looking at Ultimate member and events manager role /capabilities screens that the cleaner has done its job.

So if I deactivate the cleaner now will they come back?

Suggestion, when the wp-erp plugin is uninstalled, why not give the user the choice to save or delete that data rather than take the users choice away resulting in a cluttered database. In my case, I would see all the left over role and capabilities on the em and um r/c screens and on the users screens. That was very frustrating as I knew I had deleted the main plugin.

Re the cleaner, Thank you it has saved about a weeks worth of my work.

As I mentioned in my last reply, People sometimes uninstalls WPERP and reactivate again and then regrets the data. So, the data is being kept on the database and we have brought a separate database cleaner.

    Thanks, @flyfisher842
